Making the correct decisions to fix problems is vital for getting a program back on schedule and budget. Using our many years of experience along with the latest software analysis programs we can quickly determine the cause of the problem and recommend effective solutions. We understand plastics materials, tooling and processing. In addition, we have the latest filling analysis software for mold filling, cooling and warpage and stress analysis using shell and 3D meshing. These tools, combined with our experience, enable us to quickly determine the best path forward to fix for problem parts.

Operating independently, using our team of plastics experts we can produce an alternative design, build the tooling and get parts quickly made for evaluation.

TOOLING AND VENDOR SOURCING

Tool Sourcing - Tool Sourcing (Off- Shore or Domestic) - We can save you money while still insuring a high quality tool. Building a mold off shore can be a challenge. We work with only shops which we have qualified. We rigorously review the tool design before any steel is ordered and carefully monitor the progress as the mold is built.

Management Tool Build and Validation - We provide expert review of the tool designs, evaluation of quotes, processing support and other required management support tasks.
